I am a highly experienced boxing coach, mixed martial artist, personal trainer and nutritionist.

Finding a personal trainer who makes you feel comfortable enough to expose your biggest flaws can be challenging. But they’re called “personal” trainers for a reason. I am there to guide you to your personal fitness goals.


I understand that what works for one client may not work for another. We will work together to find a comfortable pace for you.


My number 1 rule is client confidentiality. While it’s important to maintain a close relationship with my clients, I am extremely professional.


I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. Its important for me stay up-to-date with innovative fitness trends as well as the latest research published in scientific journals.


As a client, you want to feel comfortable. I will talk to you like a real person, not like a customer. I will push you hard, but I will make sure you laugh while pushing.


I grew up in New York city

I was introduced to the world of martial arts at the age of 9. I channelled all my energy and spare time into learning karate and boxing. Ever since then I have been fully engaged in the sporting world, personally experiencing personally the positive impact that this lifestyle has to offer.

My biggest passion in life has always been boxing and MMA. I have been fighting at a professional level for the last 12 years. This has provided me with unparalleled knowledge and understanding of what it takes to become a successful athlete, which in turn gives me the motivation to help others achieve their goals.

I help prepare my clients either for specific sporting events or for their individual goals, but most importantly, through training, I help my clients with their general wellbeing, confidence and mental strength.



A custom made training program for each individual. With online personal training you’ll be able to train in accordance to your own schedule, giving you flexibility and taking the stress out of your exercise routine.


Upon signing up, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. I will create your training program and meal plan within 3 days and send it to you via email. As a client you will have 24/7 support from me.

Every 8 weeks we will review your workouts together, and discuss your thoughts on your training plan to make sure the next 8 week phase is accurate and going to keep getting you results.

I hold spontaneous pop-up boxing classes in Imperial Park, Imperial Wharf, Chelsea. These classes will be posted 2 weeks in advance on my Instagram account.

My classes cater for everyone, from training complete beginners, to up and coming fighters. My boxing classes consist of physical training, shadow boxing, partner drills and pad work.

I offer ongoing weekly classes to educational one off workshops & team events.

My classes are good for all levels. Mastering technique is first, but boxer conditioning exercises like squats, burpees, and mountain climbers are a close second. My classes will leave you feeling like a champion and wanting more!
